What is an eBooth?


An eBooth is your company's online booth profile which allows you to create a robust online presence. The basic eBooth option is included in your booth package. Upgrades for eBooths are available. For more information, email sales@wcafexpo.com.




What is a National Conference sponsor?


Any exhibitor can sponsor a class at The National Conference, the industry’s leading educational event. Sponsorship provides a unique opportunity to create visibility and reach targeted audiences through Conference marketing materials, signage, affiliation with framing experts, and product demonstrations. Interested in becoming a sponsor? Contact your sales representative.




When can I set up my booth?


Booth setup is based upon size and location. A targeted move-in schedule will be published by Shepard Exposition Services and sent to each exhibitor as the Expo draws closer.




If I bring in my own custom booth, am I allowed to set it up on my own?


Due to varying regulations, please contact Shepard for information on your specific needs.




Can I carry in my own booth materials?


Carry-in is not recommended, however, you are only allowed to carry a minimal amount of materials to your booth by hand. Cart service is available for a fee and can be ordered through Shepard.




Can I share a booth space with another exhibitor?


The WCAF Expo offers the option of a booth share, which allows two separate exhibitors to share one booth location. This option allows for two separate company listings in both the Expo Guide and online listing under the same booth number. There is a nominal fee for a booth share with a second exhibitor.




Do you use any outside booking companies for hotel?


We do not use third-party companies to assist in arranging hotel reservations. Please DO NOT make your hotel reservations through any third-party company nor directly with the hotel, as you will not receive the hotel nights included in your booth package (the number of hotel nights included will appear on your invoice). WCAF Management has already negotiated the best possible room rate with no required resort fee.




How do I book my hotel reservations?


Your company will receive the exhibitor hotel reservation link from Maureen Robertson ( maureen@wcafexpo.com). Please DO NOT make your hotel reservations through any third party company nor directly with the hotel, as you will not receive the hotel nights included in your booth package (the number of hotel nights included will appear on your invoice).




Do I need to order carpeting for my booth?


The exhibit halls at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino Las Vegas is already fully carpeted. Shepard Exposition Services, the general contractor of the WCAF Expo, offers additional custom carpeting.




How do my customers get trade show badges?


They will need to pre-register online prior to the Expo. After pre-registration ends, trade show badges will be $25 on-site. There will be a $10 fee for replacement badges.




What if I need assistance during the show?


There will be a Shepard service desk that will be staffed throughout the entire show and they will be able to assist you for labor, electrical, and freight needs.




Are my children allowed on the trade show floor during setup hours?


No person under the age of 16 will be allowed on the trade show floor during setup hours. An Exhibitor badge is required to gain access to the trade show floor during setup hours. To qualify to receive an Exhibitor badge, you must meet the following requirements: you are an employee of an exhibiting company and/or a contracted laborer with appropriate documentation for an exhibiting company and you are over the age of 16.




When is booth breakdown?


Booth breakdown begins after the show closing is announced on Wednesday, January 29, at 1 pm. We recommend all exhibitors make travel arrangements for Thursday, January 30, as we cannot guarantee timing and/or schedule of crate delivery for booth breakdown.
