When can I set up my booth?
Booth setup is based upon size and location. A targeted move-in schedule will be published by Shepard Exposition Services and sent to each exhibitor as the Expo draws closer.

Due to varying regulations, please contact Shepard for information on your specific needs.

Can I share a booth space with another exhibitor?

WCAF Management has already negotiated the best possible room rate with no required resort fee.
