We are thrilled you are interested in participating in the 2024 WCAF Expo. It is going to be one of our best shows. We have a limited room block with great rates; It is strongly recommended that you book your hotel room as early as you can.

Below is important event information and answers to FAQs you will find useful for planning your trip.

• The National Conference schedule will be available in mid-November.
   

• There will be over 85 classes, including regular sessions, special events, and workshops.
   

• Sessions range from 60-minute lectures to two-day workshops.
   

• Individual Sessions are priced from $45 to $295 for specialty workshops.
   

• Trade Show Badges are $25 per person (free until December 15 with pre-registration)
   

• There are two types of passes available:

  • The VIP Pass is $450, which includes all regular sessions plus a free trade show badge.

  • The Platinum All Access Pass is $595, which includes all regular sessions, workshops, and special events plus a free trade show badge.
     

• Please note: with a pass, you must select your desired sessions to reserve your seat at checkout.
   

• There will also be a selection of free classes courtesy of our sponsor suppliers.
   

• Classes will begin first thing Sunday morning, so you may want to consider coming in Saturday night. You can access our room block online at https://www.wcafexpo.com/hotel
   

• You can always change your hotel reservation, including canceling a night without penalty up to 72 hours prior to check-in.
   

• Trade show dates and hours: Monday, February 5 and Tuesday, February 6, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
   

• Conference dates and hours: Sunday through Tuesday, February 4, 5, and 6, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
