The Conference schedule will be available in mid-November.

There will be over 80 classes, including regular sessions, special events, and workshops.

Sessions range from 60-minute lectures to two-day workshops.

Individual Sessions are priced from $45 to $295 for specialty workshops.

Trade Show Badges are $25 per person (free until December 1, 2025 with pre-registration)

There are two types of passes available:

The VIP Pass Early Bird price is $400 before December 1, 2025. After that, the cost is $465, which includes all regular sessions plus a free trade show badge.

The Platinum All Access Pass Early Bird price is $545 before December 1, 2025. After that, the cost is $610, which includes all regular sessions, workshops, and special events, plus a free trade show badge.

You can always change your hotel reservation, including canceling a night without penalty up to 72 hours prior to check-in.

Trade show dates and hours: Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
