Call for New Session Proposals for the 2025 WCAF Expo

The National Conference team is pleased to welcome submissions for next year’s conference, to be held at the Horseshoe Las Vegas January 24-26, 2025. We are excited to announce a return to the Horseshoe this year for the conference, and we look forward to an exciting new program. 

New for this year, we are looking for proposals for new sessions* and inviting new speakers. Our new online submission portal is open. We invite you to submit proposals for sessions you are interested in presenting at our upcoming conference, including individual lectures, lectures that are co-led with another speaker, and hands-on workshops.

We invite proposals about all areas of custom framing, including but not limited to:

• Mat Cutting

• Mounting Techniques

• Digital Imaging

• Marketing & Social Media

• Sales & Design

• Profit & Management

• Gilding

• Fundamentals of Framing

• Product Demonstrations

*Due to time and space limitations, we cannot accept every proposal submitted. The submission portal will close on September 3 or before if the conference schedule has been filled.
